Subscription & Billing Policy

1. Products and entitlement

An active RK PromptPilot subscription may unlock Premium features in RK PromptPilot and RK FlowPilot where applicable. The extension verifies the subscription email with the existing backend. Account/email is the primary subscription identity; IP is secondary audit/security information and is not required to match.

2. Plans and prices

Current prices are rendered from the pricing configuration below and the pricing page is authoritative at checkout.

3. Payment processing

Razorpay processes card, UPI and banking details directly. RK Digitalabs receives transaction metadata, order/payment identifiers, amount, currency, plan and status, but does not receive or store full payment credentials. The final amount is calculated and verified server-side.

4. Referral discounts

• A referral code must be entered and successfully applied before checkout for its discount to count.
• Codes can have dates, redemption limits and one-per-email eligibility rules. Server validation is authoritative.
• A discount applies only to the purchase for which it was validated unless the promotion says otherwise.

5. Billing cycle, cancellation and expiry

Monthly plans cover one month and yearly plans one year from activation. Purchases are currently one-time charges unless a recurring arrangement is expressly presented and accepted. Cancellation stops future renewal where applicable; access continues through the paid period. See Refund & Cancellation for refund handling.

6. Failed, duplicate and disputed payments

A failed or uncaptured payment does not activate access. A debited payment without entitlement, duplicate charge or unauthorised payment should be reported with its reference so it can be reconciled. Reversed payments may end the associated subscription.

7. Statements and taxes

Charges appear as “RK Digitalabs” as explained at checkout. Applicable taxes are handled as shown at checkout and on the receipt.
