Account-first verification
Local by design
Your workflow stays in your browser.
Queue state, workflow settings, logs, free-session usage and an optional verified subscription email are stored locally by the extension.
Prompts and source media are used to automate your own Google Flow workflow. Completed media is downloaded to your local Downloads folder. RK FlowPilot does not run advertising.
When you verify Premium, the subscription email is sent to the existing RK PromptPilot subscription endpoint. The endpoint remains the source of truth; IP may be recorded as secondary security information and is not the entitlement requirement.
Permission transparency
The final extension manifest is the authority for the exact permission list. Before store submission, compare it line by line with this disclosure. Depending on the shipped build, the extension may request only the capabilities required for:
- the Chrome side panel beside supported Flow pages
- local queue, settings, logs and session usage storage
- saving completed media to Downloads
- supported page interaction and resilient long-running processing
The repository currently does not include the FlowPilot extension manifest, so the exact host, scripting, debugger, alarms, offscreen or unlimited-storage permissions must be confirmed against the release package before publication.
FlowPilot FAQ
Clear answers for your next workflow.
What is RK FlowPilot?
RK FlowPilot is a Chrome side-panel extension that automates media-generation workflows inside your existing Google Flow session. It queues prompts, applies settings, watches renders and downloads completed media.
Is RK FlowPilot a Google product?
No. RK FlowPilot is an independent third-party extension from RK Digitalabs. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with Google or Google Flow.
How many prompts can I run for free?
The free tier completes exactly 10 prompts per browser session. Prompts 1–10 process normally; before the next prompt begins, the upgrade modal appears.
How do I unlock Premium?
Use an active RK PromptPilot subscription, then verify the subscription email associated with your account in FlowPilot. The backend checks the subscription; a frontend-only flag is never trusted.
Will changing Wi-Fi affect Premium?
No. Premium entitlement is account-based. A changing public IP, Wi-Fi network, ISP or hotspot does not by itself deactivate an active subscription.
Where are generated files saved?
FlowPilot downloads files locally to Downloads/RK FlowPilot/<selected folder>/ using your selected folder and naming settings.
Does RK FlowPilot upload my generated files?
The extension downloads completed files to your device. It does not upload those files to RK Digitalabs merely because it downloaded them. Your prompts and source media are used to automate the Flow workflow in your browser.
What does FlowPilot store?
Queue state, workflow settings, logs, free-session usage and, after a successful verification, the optional subscription email are stored locally by the extension. Subscription verification sends the email to the existing RK PromptPilot backend.
