Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing or using either browser extension, website or subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The products

RK PromptPilot automates supported workflows using prompts you provide. RK FlowPilot automates supported Google Flow media-generation workflows from a Chrome side panel. Neither product writes prompts, operates an AI model or guarantees a particular generated result.

RK FlowPilot is an independent third-party automation tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially associated with Google or Google Flow.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account and billing information, protect your credentials and remain responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.

4. Free and Premium access

• RK FlowPilot's free tier permits exactly 10 completed prompts per browser session. Before the next prompt begins, the extension pauses and shows the upgrade flow.
• Premium access for FlowPilot is provided through an active RK PromptPilot subscription and verified account/email. Entitlement is account-first and does not depend on a matching IP address.
• The applicable pricing page and the extension's current product behavior are authoritative for access details.

5. Subscriptions, payment and refunds

• Plans, prices and billing periods are shown on the RK PromptPilot pricing page.
• Razorpay processes payment credentials. RK Digitalabs receives payment metadata and verifies payment server-side.
• Referral promotions are validated server-side and may have eligibility, date, redemption and one-per-email limits.
• Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. FlowPilot Premium uses the same RK PromptPilot subscription and does not create a separate payment system.

6. Your content and AI output

You are responsible for having the rights to use prompts, source images, frames, reference media and other content you submit. Third-party platforms govern their own processing and output terms. Review AI-generated output before relying on, publishing or commercialising it.

7. Third-party services

The extensions interact with third-party websites and platforms, including supported Google Flow workflows. Those services can change their interfaces, terms, quotas or availability. We do not guarantee compatibility, uninterrupted operation or any third-party result.

8. Acceptable use

You must use the products lawfully and in accordance with third-party platform rules. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms and prohibits abuse, malicious automation, unauthorised access, limit circumvention and referral fraud.

9. Intellectual property

The products, website, branding and software are owned by RK Digitalabs or its licensors. Subject to these terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable extension. You may not redistribute, repackage, resell or sublicense it.

10. Availability and suspension

The services are provided as-is and as-available. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, payment reversal, abuse or legal reasons. A breach-related termination does not create a refund entitlement.

11. Disclaimers and liability

We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free automation, compatibility with a third-party platform, successful downloads, generation quality or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable subscription in the preceding twelve months.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of New Delhi, India having jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer protections. Questions can be sent to rkdigitalabs@gmail.com.
